How Cancellations Work

You have the flexibility to cancel your order before it is shipped or within 3 hours of placing it, whichever occurs first. Please note that partial cancellations or cancellations of specific items from an order are not permitted once an order has been placed. For prepaid orders canceled within 3 hours of placement on our website, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours following receipt and approval of your cancellation request by our team.

Please be aware that, due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accommodate cancellations or returns once an order has been delivered. Additionally, The Green Tribe Store reserves the right to decline transactions or delay the refund process for customers exhibiting a history of frequent bulk cancellations or questionable charges.

What to Do for Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a product that appears damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt. After a thorough assessment by our team, we will arrange for a replacement product. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund may be offered as an exception.

If you find any product from The Green Tribe Store ineffective, please reach out to us within 7 days of consistent use. Our product specialists will work with you to understand the issue and provide further guidance. In genuine cases, we may offer a store credit or discount code equal to the product’s value, redeemable on your next purchase.

For International Orders:
Charges vary by destination. Local duties may apply, so check your country’s policies.


Delivery Time:
After processing, our logistics partner (DTDC or India Post or Delhivery for Domestic orders ) will collect your order from our warehouse.
Delivery time frame: 3-7 working days based on your location.


No Returns for Used Products: Once opened, we can't take them back.
Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 24 hours with a video of the unboxing. We’ll replace damaged items.

Return Process:

The Green Tribe is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.

Additional Information

No Monetary Compensation: we don't provide any refund. If refund is approved in any circumstances then we will process the refund in 5 working days.
